Unleash the potential of your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins with the AFE 48-32018 Twisted Steel T4 Header. Unlike all the other cast manifolds on the market, the Twisted Steel Header is constructed from 1-3/4" head pipes stepped to 2" x .120 wall mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Featuring 1/2" flanges for a durability and a leak free seal, this header has a laser-cut T4 divided flange to allow you to step up to a larger aftermarket turbocharger. Each header is 100% TIG welded for strength and durability. Pre-drilled and tapped for 1/8" NPT ports.
1-3/4 to 2in x .120 Wall Stainless Steel
A 1-3/4" head pipe stepped to 2” x .120 wall stainless steel tubing, is used to increase exhaust velocity and increase usable torque. This means a more aggressive throttle response and increased passing power.
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks for race proven strength and durability.
Divided T-4 Flange
This system utilizes a divided diesel T-4 flange that allows for a larger turbo and increase exhaust velocity, turbo spool, and boost.
Brushed 304 SS Construction
Durable mandrel bent brushed 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance and corrosion resistant.
Dual Auxiliary Ports
Two exhaust gas temperature (EGT) probe ports are supplied for easy installation of gauges or testing equipment.
All necessary hardware is included for a hassle-free installation.
