The replacement tank sits 3" below the OEM fuel tank shield and hold approximately 70 gallons of fuel. The float's empty position in the S&B Tank is the same as the OEM tank. Since the bottom surface area on the S&B Tank is larger, the 70 Gallon tank with have a greater fuel reserve.

These OEM tanks have a failure prone coating inside the tank. Once the coating becomes unstable inside the tank, the laminate peels off and gets picked up into the fuel system. If not addressed, the containments can ruin the entire fuel system on the truck.

Our FASS Adjustable Diesel Fuel Pumps are designed to be the most versatile high performance fuel pump on the market that allows for adjustable fuel pressures to meet the demand of high performance Ford Powerstroke 6.7L applications. Manufactured with the same motor used in our Titanium Series pumps, this adjustable fuel pump is rated at 125 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI to customize fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. To aid in proper performance we built in a boost compensation port, air pressure from your intake manifold raises fuel pressures while under full throttle, maintaining fuel pressure when it matters most.
This is a fuel pump only and must be used with your factory fuel filter. It is suggested that all pumps be adjusted only if you have installed a fuel pressure gauge

Rated at 125 gallons per hour, high pressures of 70PSI and backed by our limited lifetime warranty the Titanium Signature Series fuel system is capable of supporting your Ford Powerstroke 6.7L diesel engine with enough fuel for aggressive tuning and fuel system upgrades 0-700 HP A Titanium Signature Series fuel system also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your Powerstroke’s injection systems, effectively extending the life of both your Injection Pump and Injectors. These Benefits include an improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. Aftermarket lift pumps are important for both drivers and high-performance applications when looking to improve either fuel economy or increase horsepower/torque.
This kit includes a FASS STK-1004 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit). Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. This Bulkhead fitting is designed to mount directly to the factory fuel tank module (sending unit) to allow the FASS to directly draw and return fuel to the fuel tank module, effectively eliminating all 1/4 tank and 1/8 tank issues when installed correctly. The pickup tube is fabricated out of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to approximately 0 miles until empty.
